In recent years, the economic, medical system and technology in Taiwan has gradually become progressed. The conception of Orange Happiness has also emerged in Taiwan industry, and the well-being of employees in Taiwan has been assessed. This research investigated the happiness index of Orange Happiness Conception of Taiwan Medical System Personnel. This research uses Orange Conception as theoretical foundation, taking experts in industry, government and academia fields as research subjects in analysis using Analytic Hierarchy Process, to verify the relative importance of the factors in Orange Happiness Conception of Taiwan Medical System Personnel, and to determine key decision factors and prioritize them to sort out the effective decision mode of Orange Conception for Taiwan Medical System Personnel. |
