臺灣女性刺青師刺青動機與自我認同之研究

A Study of Taiwan Female Tattooists' Motivation of Tattoos and Self-identity Research

本研究為探討臺灣女性刺青師對刺青行為所產生的刺青動機與對職場工作觀感的自我認同感，著手進行初探研究，透過文獻探討、實地觀察與訪談，以認知人類學(enthnoscience)的方法進行研究，本研究文獻探討著重在臺灣女性刺青師自身主體性認同的內涵，並進而針對事灣女性刺育師訪談中的自身刺青行為及接觸女性刺青族群抉擇動機，以及臺灣女性刺青師針對台灣刺青文化圈的工作現況研究，進行研究資料整述，產生研究結論與建議。研究發現臺灣女性刺背師在研究訪談與觀察過程中，在刺青行為動機具有紀念性、象徵性、不同需求、療癒意義的抉擇因素，在刺青藝術創作的風格營造與刺青師創作的意識形態整述中，發現臺灣女性刺青師創作內涵具有企圖營造獨特性與鑑別度高的刺青風格設計與創作，另臺灣女性刺青師的刺青創作作品共有多元且融合的風格取向。本研究將依據訪談內容整述出臺灣女性刺青師對刺青文化圈內的工作自我認同觀感，研究初探發現臺灣女性刺青師創作刺青藝術作品中，以高創作性、獨特性的圖像設計能力，並結合自我繪畫生命經驗進行刺青圖像設計達到職場工作認同感，研究中發現，受訪女性刺青師透過刺青工作達到一種自我認同感，追求與男性同等價值的自我認同，並透過新興的刺青圖像創作，達到自己在刺青文化工作場域的獨特鑑識性，研究的結論說明與研究建議，期望能提供國內視覺文化與臺灣刺青文化相關領域研究之經驗與檢討，並成為未來視覺文化與臺灣女性研究領域的參考方向。

There are more and more Taiwanese women choosing to have a tattoo in their body in order to present themselves own signs and self-identity. This may also imply that Taiwanese Women have some stories behind their tattoos’ images. Although having tattoos in Taiwan has been the sign of shady, as a subculture research, tattoo is a view of an art, which can be seen as a beautiful image and a reevaluation. This research seeks to explore female tattooists’ motivation in their tattoo behaviors and the styles of tattoo images , and how the self-identity perception of these Taiwanese women tattooists are presented through their tattooed work places. This is the preliminary study ,and the study uses through the way of literature review participant observation and in-depth interview for the research methods of data collection ,and objectively analyzes the research’s material for developing the study of conclusions and the study of recommendations for future research. In the study, the qualitative interviews and literature reviews were utilized as a methodological tool to understand how the Taiwanese women tattooists think. In addition, using ethnoscience to explore the tattoo culture in Taiwan and Taiwanese women self-identification. The research finding discovered that, Taiwanese women tattooists who want to have tattoo have four motivations examined as follow:1. The souvenir: choosing to have a tattoo for permanent commemoration and keepsake.2. The symbolization: the tattoo image presents some meaning and symbolization.3. The requirement: the requirement of the tattoo contains reason for learning how to do tattoo and decorating.4. The healing: through the tattoo’s process the heart broken experience can be exchanged and recovered.The research of Taiwan women tattooists’ self-identity finding discovered that Taiwanese women tattooists attend to creat the unique and be identified tattoo design art works,and furthermore Taiwanese women tattooists’ tattoo design works have multiple and mixed styles.The studies will describe Taiwan women tattooists’ job culture self-identity perception finding, and this preliminary study finding discovered that Taiwanese women tattooists design many unique and creativity tattoo deign art works to accomplish their confidence for increasing their self-identity, and another study finding discovered that Taiwanese women tattooists want to build the equal value with Taiwanese men tattooists, because Taiwanese women tattooists want to proof themselves by their professional tattoo design works and tattoo technical skill for self-identity.
