The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between pre-service preschool teachers’ work values and commitment to teaching. By using literature review, the concepts of work values, commitment to teaching and relative research were explored. Moreover, two questionnaires were designed and administered to a university of technology. The samples included 256 pre-service preschool teachers. The statistic methods of t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were used to have the analysis of the data obtained from questionnaire survey. And then, the results of this study will be found by questionnaire survey, and the suggestions will be submitted base upon research findings. |
