專案式學習(Project-based learning)的內涵強調以學生為主體,著重於訓練學生自行設計、思考以及解決問題能力,並以完成實際作品或發表為最後的目標。但透過專案式學習,尤其在非制式教育的學習情境下,學生的學習成效應如何評量?是值得深入探討的議題。本研究以參加「2007遙控飛機製作夏令營」的20位國中學生為研究對象,探究其參與專案學習活動的學習歷程與科技概念的學習成效。研究者運用概念圖為學習評量工具,比較學員參與活動前後科技概念的改變情形,另以立意抽樣5位學生個案進行半結構式訪談,細究學生們概念圖繪製的真實意涵以及其科技概念是否正確。研究結果主要有下列二點發現:1. 透過概念圖的評量驗證,學生在參與專案學習後,飛行科技概念確實有極佳的成長,並顯示出其與既有知識的新連結。2. 透過訪談質性資料的分析發現,研究者設計的科技專題活動,確實可引導樣本學生自主學習建構其飛行科技的概念。 |
英文摘要 |
Project-based learning is student-driven, focuses on design, problem-solving and decision making. It gives students the opportunity to culminate in realistic products or presentation. The purpose of this study was to investigate junior high school students' learning of aviation technology concepts and their learning processes through a project which was conducted by researchers. The subjects of this study were 20 students who attended the 5-day“2007 Remote Control Airplane Making Summer Camp” The researchers applied concept maps to analyze subjects' learning of aviation technological concepts and explore students' learning processes by semi-structured interviews. The research findings were: 1. The concept maps showed the subjects' improvement of aviation concepts through this project based learning. 2. The subjects did construct their own concepts through the remote control airplane making learning activities which held by an informal educational setting. |
