The worksheet applied in museum is the major way to help visitor understand exhibitions. People use worksheet to know the theme of exhibition and to have fun through hands-on experience. However, experience doesn't mean equal to education. Experience with less challenge is not likely to be very educational. Therefore, a need for accessing a worksheet is raised. The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation structure and checking items for museum's worksheet. Through literature review, task analysis, and panel discussion the evaluation structure and checking items of worksheet were identified and then a questionnaire was followed to understand museum staff and teachers' reaction. Fifty-three checking items were found. They were categorized into three groups which were (1) purpose of exhibition, (2) learning and thinking, and (3) design requirement. The teacher group agrees to those principles more than museum staff does. Teachers focus on learning, thinking and guiding. Museum staffs emphasize the purposes of exhibition. |
