Religion and Ecology: Environmental Concern in Catholic Traditions and its Implications in Taiwan

本論文的旨趣在於以文獻分析法為主，考查天主教傳統中究竟有哪些環境關懷的特色具體地應用於台灣？所以，共分為三部分來進行，首先，探討天主教傳統中的環境關懷及其環境倫理特色；其次，檢視天主教傳統中環境關懷在台具體的應用現況；最後，提出天主教傳統中環境關懷的省思與建議。

The research uses mainly Documentary Analysis method. And the purpose of this article is to exam the real situations of environmental concern in Catholic traditions and its implications in Taiwan. Therefore, it divides into three parts to investigate in the study. Firstly, the article is to explore the highlight of environmental concern and environmental ethics in Catholic traditions. Secondly, it is to check the present situations of the implications in Taiwan churches. Finally, the researcher proposes some feasible suggestions to the local churches in Taiwan concerning the reflection of environmental concern within Catholic traditions.
