It is very important to build e-learning environment to improve learning atmosphere in industry. The main problems may be disconnected with business strategy and employees’ needs in companies which adopt e-leaning. The purpose of this study is to explore barriers of participating in e-learning and methods of improving participant's motivation. A total of 15 managers and administrators come from enterprises which have already adopted e-learning or in charge of related matters. There are two stages in the process of this study. First, content analysis method and literature review are used to collect data and develop measures. Second, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze data. The results provide some suggestions for academics and practices. |
