E-Newsletter for Research in Chinese Studies Officially Begins Publication The Center for Chinese Studies released the first issue of the E-Newsletter for Research in Chinese Studies in January 2006. Its purpose is to serve as a bridge for information in the field of Chinese studies, bring together news and information regarding the state of domestic and overseas research in Chinese Studies and distributing it electronically. At the beginning of every month, the newsletter will be sent to each subscriber’s e-mail address, allowing scholars all over the world to receive up-to-date information regarding the field of Chinese studies. Subscriptions to the newsletter are entirely free-ofcharge.
