The Library Association of China (LAC) will hold its 31st annual meeting and a seminar on 'Knowledge Management: Methods and Systems' at the NCL on December 3 to 5.
This year's meeting will be held under the theme 'Libraries and Knowledge Innovation,' and adopt as its motto, 'Seeking Knowledge from Books, Creating the Future With the Internet.'
The three-day seminar will kick off with welcoming remarks and opening speeches by LAC President Shihhsion Huang (黃世雄) and Erik Jul, Executive Director of the OCLC Institute. Homing Huang (黃河明), Chairman, Institute for Information Industry, followed with a keynote speech on 'The Paradigm of Knowledge Management: From the Perspectives of Information Technology.' |
