市售眼部化粧品、嬰兒用品、乳液及面霜生菌數及金黃葡萄球菌汙染之調查

INVESTIGATION OF TOTAL PLATE COUNT AND STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUSCONTAMINATION ON EYE COSMETICS, BABY COSMETICS, LOTIONS AND CREAMS

自81年9月至82年4月，分別由基隆市、台北縣市、桃園縣、新竹縣市、苗票縣、台中縣市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南縣市、高雄縣市、屏東縣抽得化粧品包括眼部化粧品的件，嬰兒用品57件，乳液50件及面霜51件，共201件，進行好氣性生菌數（APC）、酵母及黴菌數（YMPC）、金黃色葡萄球菌之檢驗及標示之檢查。其如果如下：就全部抽樣201件化粧品而言，APC檢出大於103CFU/g有17件，YMPC檢出大於102CFU/g有17件，金黃色葡萄球菌僅眼部化粧品檢出1件陽性，其餘200件均未檢出。以標示言，124件國產化粧品中，標示不完整佔43件（34.5%），77件進口化粧品中，標示不完整者佔40件（51.9%），無完整標示之比例相當高。

Two hundred and one samples including 43 eye cosmetics, 57 baby cosmetics, 50 brands of lotions and 51 commercial creams were purchased in 18 major counties and cities throughout Taiwan from September 1992 to April 1993. These samples were tested for Aerobic plate count (APC), yeast and mold plate count (YMPC) and Staphylococcus aureus. Labels of these 201 samples were also inspected. The results were as follows: 17 samples were found to have APC at >103CFU/g, 17 samples were found to have YMPC at >102CFU/g, and one eyeliner was S. aureus- positive. Forty-three of 124(34.5%) domestic cosmetics and 40 of 77(51.9%) imported cosmetics did not bear entire labels. The ratio of imported cosmetics that did not bear whole labels was higher than that of domestic cosmetics.
