SA-11輪病毒檢驗方法探討

本實驗共分為三個研究主題。首先探討最適合猿輪病毒 SA-11 病毒斑點測定之條件，SA-11 與 20μg/m1 acetyl-trypsin 作用後，再在 overlay medium 中加入 1~2μg/ml trypsin 之效價最好，其次對 SA-11 在海水之穩定性加以探討，發現 SA-11 在 21g/Kg 鹽度海水中之存活較好。再次對牡蠣中 SA-11 檢驗法加以探討，其結果回收率僅有9.3%。

Three topics were concerned in this study: (I) Searching for optimal condition for SA-Il plaque assay on MA-104 cell line, SA-Il was treated with 20µg/ml acetyl-trypsin, and with 1-2, µg/ml trypsin added in overlay medium gave highest titer. (2) Stability of SA-Il in estuarine water was studied, it survived best in sea water with salt concentration 21 g/kg. (3) Method for recovering SA-Il from oyster was also discussed, yet recovery rate was only 9.3%.
