本實驗乃針對 Tanner 所述之乾式法前處理,配合原子吸光分光光譜儀(Atomic Absorption Spectrometry--Instrumentation Laboratory Inc. aa/ae Spectrophotometer VIDEO 12型,以下簡稱AAS)測定之方法(A法)與A.O.A.C.,(1984)所載之'濕式法前處理,配合離子感應耦合電漿原子發散分光光譜儀(Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry--Plasmakon s135, Kontron physteen,以下簡稱ICP-AES)測定'(B法),及綜合二法之乾式法前處理,配合 ICP-AES 測定之方法(C法)加以探討,以建立嬰兒配方食品中礦物質之標準檢驗方法。另於民國76年7月至77年6月抽購市售不同廠牌之嬰見配方食品20件,其中嬰兒配方奶粉17件,嬰兒麥粉3件,以了解嬰見配方食品中九種礦物質之含量情況。 |
英文摘要 |
Three kind (s) of analytical methods was compared to determine mineral contents in infant formula. (I) After ash pretreatment, sample soln. was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. (II) After wet digestion pretreament, sample soln. was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. (III) After dry ash pretreament, sample soln, was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Te third method is more convenient and precise than the other two and was decided to determine mineral contents in infant formula. The recoveries of nine mineral added to infant formula were around 80.4~ 122%, coefficients of variation wre around 0.9~15.1%. |
