外科手術病患安全風險因素評估之研究

The study on evaluation of risk factors in surgical operation

本文為國內關於外科手術病患安全風險因素評估模型之建構。本研究使用因素分析法及分析層級程序法為研究工具，針對區域級以上醫院外科手術病患安全之風險因素進行探討，目的在發展外科手術病患安全風險因素評估模式，提供醫界做為外科手術病患安全風險因素評估之參考。研究結果發現，本研究提出之CHELPS外科手術醫療風險因素模式，在外科醫療上確具良好的實用性；醫護人員專業能力、醫療人員與病患病情嚴重程度互動、醫療人員與病患及家屬互動、醫療人員與軟體系統互動為進行外科手術病患安全風險因素評估時最重要的評估因素構面。

This research aims to develop the risk factors evaluation model on the surgical patient safety in Taiwan. We publish the CHELPS model to describe the relation between the factors in surgical operation, and use factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to develop the risk factors evaluation criteria used by the surgical operation. The priorities of the risk factors from the research in the descending order are: the ability of the core doctor-nurse team, pre-operation patient's condition, the interactions between medical personnel and patients, the interactions between medical personnel and software, the interactions between medical personnel, the interactions between medical personnel and hardware and the interactions between medical personnel and environment. Among the 32 risk factors, the first 15 risk factors account for 82.94% of the total weight.
