The purposes of this study were to understand the current situation of quality of working life and turnover intention of junior high school athletic directors in seven cities and counties in northern Taiwan, and the relationships between them. The subjects included 258 athletic directors from junior high schools in seven cities and counties in northern Taiwan. Based on questionnaires from 166 athletic directors, the collected data were analyzed through SPSS software. According to the research results, the main conclusion of the study includes: 1. The perception level of athletic directors' quality of working life is rated above average. 2. The perception level of athletic directors' turnover intention is average. 3. There were significant differences in athletic directors' perception of quality of working life in terms of athletic directors' seniority. 4. There were significant differences in athletic directors' perception of quality of working life in terms of athletic directors' seniority, martial status and school size. 5. Some parts of the perception of quality of working life can significantly predict athletic directors' turnover intention. |
