關於黃河安流及其相關問題的研究述評

Review of Studies on the Stability of Yellow River and the Relevant Issues

本文從東漢以後黃河是否存在長期安流及黃河中游地區水土流失的原因兩方面，系統梳理了圍繞譚其驤先生 1962 年發表的《何以黃河在東漢以後會出現一個安流的局面》一文，在歷史學、歷史地理學、地理學以及水利學界所進行的爭論，認為譚文雖然對人類活動在黃河中游地區水土流失的作用有所誇大，但基本結論並沒有問題，而爭論未達成一致的根本原因在於爭論各方對於討論標準的認識不一，某些質疑研究存在標準模糊不清的問題。

The paper analyses the argument about the Yellow River whether stable flow and the reasons of that systematically from 1962, when the article why the Yellow River after the Eastern Han Dynasty would be the situation of stable flow was public. And it could be inferred that, even though Mr. Tan Qixiang’s basic conclusion is right in general, he exaggerated the importance of human play in soil erosion of Yellow River region.The basic reason of the argument couldn’t reach an agreement is the different understanding in the standard of argument.
