藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品之力價標定──CEPHALEXIN

CEPHALEXIN REFERENCE STANDARD OF NATIONAL LABORATORIES OF FOODS AND DRUGS

本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品cephalexin（批號D-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與U.S.P.標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果每mg cephalexin之力價為936.5mcg。

The 'Cephalexin Reference Stantard (Lot No. D -1)' of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was prepared. The Potency was determined by microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U S P Reference Standard were established with a potency of 936.5mcg per mg. This material was authorized as 'Cephalexin Reference Standard'.
