英文摘要 |
Skeletal and muscular systems of the human body have spring characteristics; they can be regarded as a spring-mass model. According to Hooke's law, stiffness determines the effectiveness of the power output of human movement. Through a literature review, this study sought to extend findings into the perspectives: (a) the model of the human body stiffness, (b) the evaluation of human motion stiffness, and (c) the impact factors of human motion stiffness. As mentioned, this study hereby analyzed the effectiveness of the stiffness of human movement and its contributions to research. |
