Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of different shuttle run training (10 meter shuttle run & triangular shuttle run) on CMJ and dribbling ability for teenager soccer players. Methods: The subjects of experiment were 24 elementary school soccer players age was 11, average height was 132 cm, and average weight was 29 kg. The subjects of experiment accepted 6 rounds for 3 days a week on 10 weeks training. The data were analyzed by mixed design two-way ANOVA, remarkable level (p< .05). Results: The results were shows improvement of CMJ ability both 2 shuttle run training after 10 weeks was no significant difference. Except of 10 meter shuttle run group, the triangular shuttle run and control group shows improvement of dribbling ability after 10 weeks also no significant difference. Conclusions: Based on the findings of this study, there were no significant differences of different shuttle run training on CMJ and dribbling ability for teenager soccer players, Therefore can not improve the junior football players’ athletic ability. |
