農產品中腈硫醌殘留量標準檢驗方法之建立

ESTABLISHMENT OF STANDARD ANALYTICAL METHODS FOR DETERMINATION OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN CROPS—TESTS OF DITHIANON

腈硫醌（Dithianon）屬於有機氮劑及雜環化合物類農藥，本研究發展出利用高效液相層析（high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC）檢驗作物中腈硫醌殘留量之方法。腈硫醌以丙酮自芒果肉、芒果皮、柑橘肉、柑橘皮、楊桃、茄子、大黃瓜中萃取出，再以氯仿抽取，經矽膠過濾層析管柱（silica cartridge）淨化後以UV 250nm 偵測之，結果添加0.15～7.5 ppm 檢體濃度之平均回收率為83.0～96.2%，最低檢出量在柑橘皮中為0.02ppm。

Methods using high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) to determine Dithianon in crops have been developed. Dithianon was extracted from crops, using acetone; it’s analysis was determined by UV 250 nm after purification. Studies, performed at 0.15~7.5 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 83.0~96.2%. The limit of detection of Dithianon in orange flesh tested was 0.02 ppm.
