Methods using high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) to determine Dithianon in crops have been developed. Dithianon was extracted from crops, using acetone; it’s analysis was determined by UV 250 nm after purification. Studies, performed at 0.15~7.5 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 83.0~96.2%. The limit of detection of Dithianon in orange flesh tested was 0.02 ppm. |
