應用酵素測試片分析蔬果中的殘留農藥

Using Enzyme Ticket to Analyze the Pesticide Residues in Vegetables and Fruit

對行政院衛生署公告之三十九種有機磷劑容許量之試驗。酵素測試片可偵測到二十種農藥。在市售蔬果檢驗中，檢測102件蔬果，以酵素測試片測出其中有51件呈陽性反應，GC另HPLC或則有48件檢出殘留農藥，其中有20件不合格（檢出量大於容許量），素測試片和GC或HPLC結果於定性上有17件不相符。以生化酵素測試片，可簡便、快速檢測大量蔬果中有機磷劑農藥殘留。

In the regulated tolerance of 39 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides, the enzyme ticket can be used to detect 20 kinds of pesticides. Testing on 102 vegetables and fruits from market, the results showed the enzyme ticket method had 51 positives, GC or HPLC had 48 positives. Among these, 20 exceeded the tolerance, but 17 samples were different in quality response amount from the enzyme ticket, GC or HPLC. In conclusion, the biochemical method enzyme ticket can be a simple and rapid method to screen for orgaophosphours pesticides, especially in a large number of samples which should be monitored as routine work.
