市售隱形眼鏡藥水之滅菌調查

THE STERILITY TEST OF CONTACT LENS SOLUTION

為了解市售之隱形眼鏡藥水，其滅菌是否完全，以確保消費者的安全。本組自79年9月開始在全省分北中南三區抽購市售隱形眼鏡藥水，共40件，其中6件為進口，34件為國產，經檢驗不合格有6件，其陽性率為百分之十五，且均為國產，而進口6件，經檢驗均合格。本實驗所有操作均在Laminar flow中進行，並且以離心空氣採樣器（RCS）及落菌盤，對試驗中的環境進行監測。每一檢體同時以直接接種法及過濾膜法進行實驗，期能得到結果的一致性。使用之培養基為硫醇乙酸培養基，在35℃培養14天。大豆分解蛋白質乾酪素培養基，在22℃培養14天。每次試驗均作陽性及陰性對照試驗。

In order to realize the sterility of the contact lens solution, forty sample contact lensd were collected from different cities of Taiwan. Amony forty samples tested, thirty- four were made locally and the rest were improted from other countries. The sterility test was performed according to the membrane filtration and direct transfer method described in U.S.P. XXII. Results has been shown that 15 percent local products are not satisfied, and the inproted products are alright.
