In order to investigate their sanitary status and safety, a total of 83 samples of polyvinyl chloride food utensils were collected between July 1994 to June 1995 and examined. These included 60 bottles of salad oil and 23 bottles of bottled and mineral water packaging. All tests followed the methods and the hygienic standards for the analysis of food utensils' containers and packages. The results showed that all samples were found to comply with the Hygienic Standards for food utensils, Containers and Packaging. |
