市售衛生套針孔試驗之品質調查

The Needle-Pore Test Applied to Condoms in TAIWAN

本計畫分別於全省北、中、南各地區之藥局（房）、情趣用品商店抽購衛生套檢體共計140件，依據中國國家標準（CNS）乳膠製衛生套檢驗法（總號：13245號）針孔試驗方法進行試驗，並依其規格判定之，檢驗結果16件不合格，不合格率11.4%，均為輸入產品，另未標示批號或製造日期者27件，外觀檢查有缺失（如：黏附或有污點）者8件。

In order to ascertain the quality of condoms in Taiwan, 140 samples were purchased from drugstores and erotic stores between August 1995 to June 1996. When the needle-pore test was carried out following the method specific by CNS No. 13245, 16 samples (11.4%) failed to meet the prescribed standard. These were all imported products.
