上手投擲之動作發展

The Motor Development of Overhand Throwing

單手之上手投擲動作為兒童動作發展的基本動作元素之一，也是人類動作發展中相當重要的一項指標。在許多現今的運動項目當中，上手投擲之動作模式為其必備的基本技能；因此，本研究藉由文獻回顧的方式，以上手投擲之動作模式、上手投擲之動作發展分析法及上手投擲之動作發展實務研究等面向，探究其學理與實務之應用價值，並提供運動教練和體育教師於運動技術指導之參考。

In motor development, overhand throwing is one of the fundamental movements to children and it is also a critical indicator to human being. In many sports, the model of overhand throwing movement is required. Through a literature review, this study sought to extend findings into the perspectives: (a) the model of overhand throwing, (b) the analysis of overhand throwing in motor development, and (c) the applied studies of overhand throwing. Under these aspects, this study aimed to explore the determination of interaction of theory and practical implements. Moreover, it also brought out valuable reference on techniques instruction for coaches and PE teachers.
