巿售玉米製品鎌刀菌毒素──T-2 toxin, Deoxynivalenol, Zearalenone污染現況之調查

INVESTIGATE ON CONTAMINATION OF FUSARIUM MYCOTOXIN T-2 TOXIN, DEOXYNIV ALENOL, ZEARALENONE IN COMMERCIAL CORN PRODUCTS

自民國76年四月至十月由台灣地區北部及南部各百貨公司、超級市場、平價商店、雜貨店抽購玉米製品，包括：白色玉米澱粉6件、黃色玉米粉5件、黃色碎玉米9件、爆米花用玉米粒2件、玉米粒罐頭3件、玉米醬罐頭7件、玉米筍罐頭6件、玉米點心6件、新鮮玉米6件，共計50件檢體（表一）。按曾等方法檢測其中可能污染之真菌毒素，Chang 等2方法檢測 zearalenone。

In an attempt to understand the contamination of Fusarium mycotoxin in various corn products in Taiwan. 150 samples were collected and examined during April to October 1987. The result showed that all sample including white corn starch, yellow corn powder, yellow corn meal, corn canned, corn desserts and fresh corn weren't contaminated by T -2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone.
