古函谷關考

Analysis of the Original Han-gu Pass

兩漢內陸第一關非函谷關莫屬，此關興建於秦國，於漢代歷經兩次遷徙，是以釐清位置與名稱成為首要步驟。於險要地設關自古不變道理，同時印證關與交通路線的重要性，交通是人文地理要項，關研究的意義亦附於歷史人文地理學術脈絡而行。拙稿以最初設置的函谷關（322B.C.－114B.C.）為題，圍繞其設置、位置、遷徙與交通路線、里數為論述核心，透過最具特色的漢代名關之一，結合文獻與考古資料，酌補關研究在歷史地理學發展上較不足之處。

Han-gu Pass is the most important interior pass in Han Dynasty. This pass was constructed in the Qin Country, and had went through two migrations in Han Dynasty. Consequently, defining the position and the name of Han-gu Pass clearly is the priority. A pass constructed in vital place is the truth since the ancient time, and prove the important of itself as well as the transportation at the same time. The transportation is the treasure part in human geography, and the research on pass also attach in academic vein of the historical humanities geography. Article is mainly discuss about the initial construction of Han-gu Pass(322B.C.－114B.C.) regarding its establishment, the location, the migration, the transportation route, and the mileage. Through access to the renowned pass in Han Dynasty, and combine documents and archaedagy material to resupply the insufficient research of the historical humanities geography.
