南部地區市售雞肉及雞肝中富來頓及硝化富樂遜動物用藥殘留量之調查

SURVEY OF FURAZOLIDONE AND NITROFURAZONE RESIDUES IN CHICKEN MEAT AND LIVER IN SOUTH TAIWAN

於82年7月至9月間在高雄地區傳統市場抽購雞肉及雞肝（同一隻雞及其肝）各15件檢體並依據行政院衛生署80年1月31日衛署食字第923750號公告檢驗方法，利用高效液相層析法分析禽畜肉中富來頓（Furazolidone）及硝化宮樂遜（Nitrofuraznoe）殘留量，其檢驗結果富來頓均未檢出，而發現有一件雞肉檢體中硝化富樂遜似有痕跡殘留，因低於本檢驗方法之最低檢出量2ppb，故視同未檢出。

Fifteen samples of chicken meat and liver were collected from traditional markets located in Fung-Shan and Kao-Hsiung areas and analyzed for furazolidone and nitrofurazone using the official HPLC method promulgated by Department of Health. The results showed that the residue of both drugs were notdetected.
