雞肉及雞肝中滴克奎諾(Decoquinate)殘留分析方法之檢討及應用

ANALYTICAL METHOD OF DECOQUINATE RESIDUES IN CHICKEN TISSUES AND LIVER AND IT'S APPLICATION

以甲醇：氯仿（4:1）萃取，再用醋酸乙酯溶波除去干擾物質，利用高效液相層析儀分析雞肉與雞肝中滴克奎諾殘留量。在回收試驗中添加量為0.01, 0.05, 0.15, 0.25μg/g。其平均回收率雞肉為96.2%，雞肝為98.3%。由結果顯示，本檢驗方法有良好的回收率及再現性，而且最低偵測感度可達10ppb。本計畫於民國七十七年三月至六月間於全省抽驗市售雞肉檢體100件，市售雞肝檢體100件。經調查結果雞肉之殘留量範圍為ND-51ppb，雞肝之殘留量範圍為ND-423ppb。經由變方分析顯示，縣市間雞肉、雞肝中滴克奎諾殘留含量均無顯著差異（P>0.05）且均低於衛生署公告之標準。

After being extracted with methanol: chloroform (4:1) and removing the interfering material with ethyl acetate, the decoquinate residues of chicken meat and liver were analized by HPLC. The average recoveries of chicken meat and liver were 96.2% and 98. 3% respectively. The lowest limit of detection is 10ppb. The high recoveries and reproducibilities indicated that the method can be applied to the investigation of decoquinate residues in market chicken meat and liver. A total sample of 100 chicken meat and 100 chicken liver were investigated in 1988. The residues ranged from non-detected to 51ppb in chicken meat and non-detected to 423 ppb in liver. The quantities of decoquinate residues of chicken meats and livers from different area made no significant difference (P>0.05) and much lower than the standard Allowance levels set by The Health Department of Executive Yuan in Taiwan.
