Recently, smartphone mobile application has become popular, and we can see a lot of people use the smartphone everywhere. However, it leads human relationships become alienation. The previous studies confirmed that there is a significant correlation between technology adoption behavior and loneliness. Therefore, this study wants to know whether there is a correlation between smartphone users’ loneliness and usage of mobile application? A qualitative method applied to explore the attributes to attract users to immerse smartphone mobile applications. And then, based on the qualitative analysis results, a survey was developed to determine the relationship of the smartphone users' technology adoption behavior and loneliness. Finally, this result found that the main factors affect the users’ technology adoption behavior is "identity formation". |
