國家圖書館是國內重要之珍善本古籍典藏單位之一，多年來致力於優質典藏環境之建構、典藏品徵集、保存及維護等，並積極進行古籍修護人才培訓，努力延續古籍物命。

National Central Library is one of the nation's most vital organizations for collecting valuable rare books and ancient documents. Throughout the years, NCL has strived to establish an outstanding archive environment, and remains committed to acquire, preserve, and conserve the collection. In addition, NCL has also actively promoted the education and training of library professionals in the art of repair and restoration of ancient documents.
