國立臺中圖書館「微型自助圖書館」營運績效暨使用者滿意度調查初探

A Preliminary Study on Usage Statistics and User Satisfaction Survey of National Taichung Library's Micro Self-service Libraries

隨著ICT科技急速地進步，無線射頻辨識RFID技術日漸成熟，及面臨高速網際網路時代所帶來的各種衝擊，圖書館須跳脫傳統服務型態的窠臼，開發更多創新服務類型。本文敘述國立臺中圖書館建置「微型自助圖書館」的計畫背景、目的、建置過程、營運方式與現況。從微型圖書館的營運績效數據統計，及使用者滿意度調查，對此一新服務類型提出初步的觀察與建議。

Many industries are facing the paradigm shift because of the impact of rapidly progress of information communication technology (ICT), and there is no exception for the library. The library needs to provide some innovative services to meet the new generation of users' need and expectation. This article outlines the National Taichung Library's innovative Micro Self-service Library project, and tries to make some observations and suggestions on this innovative service through the usage statistics and the user satisfaction survey
