轉譯兒童與青少年之健康促進研究結果至臨床實務

Translation of Research into Practice, Focusing on Health Promotion in Children and Adolescents

兒童是國家的未來，確保兒童健康的成長與發展是社會上之第一考量，另一方面，年齡在10 至19 歲的青少年通常是健康之族群，透過創新措施及策略，以增進學校護理實務可以促進兒童及青少年的健康並避免負向健康結果，因此，轉譯研究結果使用在兒童及青少年之健康促進是非常重要的議題，本篇文章提出三種研究方法可有效促進研究結果轉譯至臨床實務，此三種研究方法是行動研究法、實證醫學、以實務為基礎之研究網絡。為有效增進學校護理專業之發展，需仰賴學術研究與實務經驗之銜接與整合，提供個案需要之完善服務，進一步，學校護理師可以體認工作之價值，從研究而來之實證基礎，更能有效促進兒童、青少年及其家屬之健康，且增進學校護理品質。

Children represent the future, and ensuring their healthy growth and development should be a prime concern of all societies. Adolescents, young people aged 10-19 years, are typically considered a healthy group. Promoting the health of children and adolescents and preventing negative health outcomes through innovative intervention strategies improve the quality of school nursing practice. Translating research on health promotion in children and adolescents into practice is important and crucial. Any method can be used for conducting research on health promotion in children and adolescents. This article recommends three research methods, namely action research, evidenced-based practice, and practicebased research networks (PBRNs). The professional development of school nurses depends on integrating academic and practical experiences for enhancing and satisfying clients’ needs and providing excellent service. Ultimately, school nurses can develop further only when they realize the value of their profession. Evidence from research and quality improvement projects provides innovative strategies for improving health outcomes in children, adolescents, and their families, thereby improving the quality of school nursing practice.
