This paper was studied the relationship of emotion regulation and engagement, and spiritual leadership was a moderator. In this study, methods used questionnaires, including the emotion regulation scale, engagement scale and spiritual leadership scale. A total 580 questionnaires were administered in selected banking, securities, insurance, post office, financial management companies, financial holding companies, etc. Out of these 580 questionnaires, 510 responses were received, a return rate of 87.93%. After discarding invalid questionnaires , a total of 480 valid questionnaires , the rate of valid samples was 82.75%. Data had been analyzed using descriptive analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Finding that the negative relationship of emotion regulation of expressive suppression and engagement was weaken by spiritual leadership. Finally there were managerial implications had been proposed. |
