韓非為戰國時期思想家之殿軍人物,前人多有辯議其學說淵源,除師事荀子外,並綜合前期法家法術勢之思想,又參酌墨、道諸家思想,故於其說可發現儒、道、墨、名諸家交錯重疊之影,因此,則見研究者斷言韓非思想是儒家之直系,亦有直指韓非思想乃道家之末流者。然而,深究其實,韓非學說乃在追求「法治」之前提下,成一家之言,融攝諸子百家思想於一爐。本文專從「法儀」、「尚同」、「墨學評論」三端,考察墨學思想影響《韓非子》情形,尋繹其汲取、轉化自墨家思想之痕跡。
英文摘要
Han Fei was an influential scholar and political philosopher master during Warring States Period. There are many discussions on the origin of his thought. There are also discussions on Han Fei’s inheritance. Generally speaking, Han Fei was instructed by Xunzi, and then he synthesized the concepts of the Legalist School-laws, power and tactics. Meanwhile, it is well-believed that his thought was affected by the Mohist School and the Taoist School, bringing his predecessors’ ideas together into a coherent ideology. It is commonly accepted that Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism and Logicianism were integrated into the thought of Han Fei. Therefore, some claim that the thought of Han Fei was evolved directly from Confucianism while others argue it was evolved from the decadent Taoism. However, what is true regarding Han Fei should be that his thought was concluded and integrated with other schools of philosophy on the premise of pursuing the innovation of “rule of law.” It has developed its own school of philosophy. From the aspect of rule of law, emulation, and commentary on Mohism, the author examines how thought of Han Fei was evolved and transformed from the Mohist School in this article.
