To understand the present situation of child-adolescent service resource network linkage and its significant factors, 255 non-profit organizations which provide child-adolescent welfare service in Pingtung County are used as study samples. In order to obtain comprehensive information, census is used. The researcher refers to relevant literature and designs her own questionnaires forwarded by mail. Within 6 months, 189 valid samples are collected; the response rate is 74.1%. Among those 189 valid samples, 67.2% has formed resource network linkage with other organizations to maintain their own operation. The number they have linked themselves with other organizations is 367, in which most organizations belong to social welfare service, and governmental sectors account for one third. The reason of forming linkage is to look for assistance, and mainly through phone calls, faxes and e-mails. With regard to the types of linkage relationship, planning and executing activities together takes the first place, followed by case referral, service place and equipment support, and information & publications sharing. As for how many organizations the study sample would like to link with, it depends on the service project number, the authority concerned and the employment of social workers. What's more, the number of linkage organizations is the important factor that can influence the linkage satisfaction. |
