日、韓佚存漢籍影印、整理與研究狀況述評——以《遊 仙窟》、《笑苑千金》、《笑海叢珠》、《型世言》為主

海外漢籍回流中國，在歷史上已存在一段不短的時間。它不僅提供了國人重 新目睹佚失文獻的機會，也展現了世界各國對保存漢籍的業績。遠及五代十國時 期由日本、高麗傳回的《孝經新義》、《孝經鄭氏注》、《孝經雌雄圖》等，近至清代光緒中黎庶昌編印的日本存藏《古逸叢書》，對於中華文化之研究傳承，意義重大，影響不可小覷。18 世紀末以來，由日、韓兩國回傳的佚存漢籍，經史子集各部俱全，可謂琳琅滿目，美不勝收。今僅以古典小說類《遊仙窟》、《笑苑千金》、 《笑海叢珠》、《型世言》4種為主，就其近現代以來的相關影印、整理暨研究情況略做介紹述評，藉以提供學界省視反思之資。大體而言，日本所存《遊仙窟》被國人發現較早，由黎庶昌等人影寫傳播以後，經魯迅、周作人、鄭振鐸諸多名家撰文推薦評論起，一直到近年李時人教授等人的文本校注，已形成比較穩定的研讀探索風氣。至若宋元笑話書《笑苑千金》、《笑海叢珠》２種，目前只有臺北兩家出版社於 1970、1985年影印；關注《笑苑千金》二書的研究論著，亦只限於臺灣地區，不無遺憾。韓國奎章閣藏明刻話本小說集《型世言》，自從華裔學者陳慶浩發現，並於 1992 年提供給中央研究院中國文哲研究所影印之後，大陸上前後出版了十餘種點校本，海峽兩岸相關的研討專書、論文甚多，成績最為豐碩亮麗。
