臺北地區某兩所國中學生愛滋病防治行為意圖之研究

AIDS’s preventive behavioral intentions and related factors for junior high students on two schools in Taipei area

本研究目的在探討國中學生愛滋病防治行為意圖的現況，並探討愛滋病防治行為意圖之相關因素。以隨機抽樣方式選取臺北地區某兩所國中七、八、九年級之學生，並以修編之「國中學生愛滋病防治知識、態度與行為意圖調查問卷」作為研究工具，共得有效樣本642份。研究結果發現研究對象的愛滋病防治知識屬於中上程度的暸解；愛滋病防治態度呈現正向態度；而愛滋病防治行為意圖稍高；國中學生之「性別」、「愛滋病防治知識」、「愛滋病防治態度」能有效預測其「愛滋病防治行為意圖」的表現，並且以愛滋病防治態度對於愛滋病防治行為意圖的預測力最高。因愛滋病防治知識及愛滋病防治態度對於國中生之愛滋病防治行為意圖有顯著之影響，建議愛滋病防治衛生教育仍需持續介入，增進愛滋病防治知識，並維持對愛滋病防治長期正向態度。

The main purposes of this study were to explore the relationships between AIDS’s preventive behavioral intentions and the related factors for junior high students in Taipei area. A total 642 effective questionnaires were collected from randomly sampled 7th, 8th and 9th students from two schools in Taipei city. The results of this study were summarized as the followings: 1. The averaged scores of AIDS’s preventive knowledge of the students were above average. The AIDS’s preventive attitudes of the students were positive, and the AIDS’s preventive behavioral intentions of the students was good. 2. Gender, The AIDS’s preventive knowledge, and AIDS’s preventive attitude could significantly predict AIDS’s preventive behavioral intensions. AIDS’s preventive attitude was the best predictor for AIDS’s preventive behavioral intensions. As the AIDS’s preventive knowledge and attitudes of junior high students affected AIDS’s preventive behavioral intentions of the students, significantly we suggest that school health education on AIDS prevention should be continue in junior high schools, to maintain the junior high students’ long-term positive attitude about AIDS prevention.
