木耳藥食同源的臨床應用

本文闡述了木耳的資源分佈，生活史和形態；從分類和鑑定介紹了該蕈菌的系統發育研究和分類進展；藉著古籍中的記載得到中醫對木耳的認識；通過對於抗衰老，抗腫瘤，降膽固醇，抗凝血，抗發炎，減重等作用和臨床應用的描述，介紹了木耳的藥用價值和藥理作用研究。提出了木耳藥食同源的臨床應用。

This article describes the auricularia auricula's resource distribution, life history and morphology. Introducing from the classification and identification of the auricularia auricula, we made the research on phylogenetic study and classification development. With the recorded information in the ancient books, we got the understanding of the auricularia auricula from the viewpoint of Chinese medicine. Through the function of anti-aging, anti-tumor, cholesterol­lowering, anticoagulant, anti-inflammation, weight loss and the description of clinical applications, we introduced the medicinal value and pharmacological study of the auricularia auricula and proposed the clinical application of medicine food homology of Auricularia auricula.
