『慢性溼疹』醫案一則

The medical case of 'Chronic eczema'

23歲女性患者，出生不久即有全身發紅疹之過敏史，爾後癢疹反覆發作不癒，於4-5年前高中聯考後情況加重，曾多次於西醫皮膚科就診，但效果不彰。後尋求中醫治療，經中醫診斷為血虛風燥，風濕束表，並投以當歸飲子及荊防敗毒散等方劑，養血潤燥，祛風散濕。治療3周後，皮膚癢疹狀況即有明顯改善。

A 23-year-old female patient, born shortly with a rash of allergy all over the body, was repeatedly attacked by the rash and could not get healed. After her high school entrance exam, the situation got aggravated 4 or 5 years ago, so she went to see the doctor in Western dermatology clinic several times, but had little effect. After she consulted Chinese medicine for 3-week treatment on the blood deficiency and wind-dryness, rheumatism all over the skin, and was treated with Tang-Kuei Yin Tzu and Ching Fanf Pai Tu San （當歸飲子及荊防敗毒散）and other prescnptlons for blood-nourishing and wind-expelling therapy, her condition of cutaneous pruritus got much better and had the distinct improvement.
