Clinic Case Analysis about Application of Wu Zhu Yu Decoction: To Offer a Model of Medical Records Writing in Case Teaching

衛生署中醫藥委員會現在積極推動「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練計畫」，病例教學之病歷寫作中醫部分要點，主要為臟腑病機四大要素：「病因」、「病位」、「病性」、「病勢」的描述與推演，這實為綱舉目張的模式，值得推廣。以中醫界名醫成功醫案為資料，設計了一個病例教學之病歷寫作的模式，作為培訓過程中，強化學習醫師思考能力的方法之一

According to the training standard of appointed doctors of Chinese medicine institution driven by the CCMP, the point of medical records writing in TCM case teaching is the description and deduction about the cause, location, pathological character and dynamic of disease-the four major factors of the bowels and viscera pathomechanism. As a clear and precise model, it is worth popularizing. In this study, based on successful healing cases, a model of medical records writing in case teaching was offer to be a method of improving the intern doctors' thinking during the training.
