子宮內膜異位症辨證之研究

Study on Syndrome Differentiation of Endometriosis

為了解子宮內膜異位症的證型特色及其辨證診斷依據，以提高臨床療效，本研究根據已發表之相關報告，針對中醫辨證分型及其對應症狀作歸納整理，設計中醫辨證症狀調查表，以便分析100位經由西醫確診之患者。結果發現已發表之相關報告中，各種辨證分型多必含“瘀”，本研究亦發現最常見的症狀為月經有血塊，氣滯血瘀為出現頻率最高的證型及主證，遠高於其次之氣虛血瘀及熱鬱血瘀型。且臨床上患者之證型表現多為複雜的相兼關係，少以單一證型表現。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the syndrome type and syndrome differentiation of endometriosis in order to improve clinical cure effect. Based on related reports, this study made induction and arrangement according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and syndromes. The TCM symptom questionnaire was designed to analyze 100 patients suffered from endometriosis. According to the published reports, most syndromes of endometriosis are classified into stasis type. The most frequent symptom of endometriosis is 'blood clots in menstruations' ; and further, 'energy-stagnation and blood-stasis' occurred more frequently than 'deficiency of vital energy and blood-stasis' and 'heat-stasis and blood-stasis'. The clinical patterns of patients are usually complicated with several syndromes. A single syndrome is rarely occurs.
