小兒尿布性皮膚炎的中醫診治

Diaper Rash

小兒尿布性皮膚炎是兒科常見皮膚病，尤其在溼熱的台灣地區，尿布性皮膚炎更是常見，一般臨床可見會陰部、雙大腿內側等處皮膚變紅，觸之稍硬，甚至表皮潰破。在中醫的範疇，尿布疹是以濕熱鬱表為主要辨證，而小兒皮膚稚嫩，正氣不足易受外邪侵擾，所以尿布性皮膚炎易反覆發作，如果不及時治療，可遷延不愈，並可造成可繼發性皮膚嚴重感。

Diaper rash is a kind of common skin diseases in pediatrics, especially in Taiwan with hot and humid climate. In clinical presentation, it can cause red and rough skin on perineum and inboard thigh. The skin is even broken. In the scope of traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation, the babies with diaper rash have damp and heat evil in exterior syndrome. The skin of babies is soft and easily for outside evil due to qi deficiency. This disease is easy to become recurrent, thus it can be difficult for the child. Early treatment and persistence is necessary, or it can be difficult for the baby and even cause secondary skin infections.
