The economies and industrialized Asian countries rely primarily on American and European markets. In the financial tsunami of 2008, the exports of Asian countries was heavily affected by the declining American and European markets, which has revealed an adverse impact on Asian countries that lack economic autonomy. We analyzed the overall economic conditions of the regional market initiated by ASEAN and new economic thinking triggered by the economic impact of Chinese markets to the international community. The perspective of Taiwanese enterprise was considered in view of enormous Asian regional markets in ASEAN plus One, to promote Taiwanese business internationalized management. According to macroeconomic features of the region, we confirmed strategic opportunities suitable for Taiwanese business managerial styles. Based on the previous investment experience of Taiwanese business in China and the cross-strait labor division, a new managerial pattern has developed. This study adopted the theories of business network and internationalized labor division to structure Taiwanese business to intensify international resources and build a strong managerial strategic framework, i.e. market autonomy in Asian emerging markets, own brand, and independent R&D. This business network is recommended to follow these patterns are exports, cooperation system industries, domestic sales and service industries, and strategic alliance (high-tech) industries. |
