This article deals transitional justice of Taiwanese indigenous peoples. It exams Taiwan’s indigenous movement and claims by utilized Iris M. Young’s (in)justice perspectives. It also discusses indigenous policy with special focus on Ping Pu indigenous status recognition concerns. The authors believe transitional justice framework not only made a formally apology for the discrimination and neglect suffered by Taiwan’s Indigenous Peoples over the past four centuries by the government, but establishing a platform for historical injustice and trauma to work toward indigenous autonomy and land rights. |
