原住民族語言政策法制化之探討

The Legalization of Indigenous Language Policy

夏本文採取文獻分析及文件分析，探討原住民族語言發展法（草案）之內容。首先探索原住民族語言政策發展的脈絡及其發展趨勢，其次檢視國外及國內語言法規之內容與特點，再其次就目前原住民族語言發展法草案之內容進行探討，最後，參酌國內外語言法規之重要特點與啟示，提出對該法案補充修正之建議。

This article mainly take literature analysis and document analysis, we focus on the content of Indigenous Language Development Law. First explore the context and trends Indigenous language policy development, followed by viewing the contents and characteristics of foreign and domestic laws and regulations of the language, and then followed by the contents of the draft law of Indigenous language development are discussed, and finally, the light of domestic and foreign languages important characteristics and enlightenment of the legislation, the bill proposed supplementary amended proposal.
