宜蘭地區青少年非法藥物使用及其防制策略之研究

The Study of Adolescent Illicit Drug Using Behavior and Prevention Strategy in Yilan County

本研究係探討宜蘭地區敲少年非法藥物使用狀況並提出防制策略。以宜蘭地區12歲至18歲青少年為母體，研究族群分為在學學生及街頭青少年二類樣本，在學生樣本採分層隨機抽樣，共取得有效樣本數2,150人；街頭樣本採立意及滾雪球抽樣，共取得有效樣本191人。研究結果發現，宜蘭地區青少年非法藥物濫用盛行率為0.74%，依學制分高職為1.72%、高中為0.85%及國中為0.33%。再依性別分男性非法藥物使用盛行率為0.89%、女性為0.59%；在用藥種類第一至第三順位依序為搖頭丸（37.04%）、K他命（25.93%）及強力膠（11.11%）。而在街頭外展之個案調查方面，其中使用任一非法藥物的比率為5.24%，再依翹課經驗分析，男性非法藥物使用者為13.73%、女性則為10.34%。研究結果顯示，高職學制青少年及同儕非法藥物濫用與青少年非法藥物使用行為具有顯著關聯性；本研究建議應加強重點族群宣導及提前阻斷青少年非法藥物認門物質「菸、酒及檳榔」的使用，並積極宣導新修訂之「毒品危害防制條例」，以作為防制青少年非法要用使用行為之重點策略。

An article surveys the illicit drug using behavior about adolescent in Yilan County, thereby proposing assumed prevention strategy and defending the tactics of making. A cross-sectional study is consisting of high school students in Yilan that completed the self-administered questionnaires. A total of 2,150 students consist of 1,231 junior high students, 472 senior high students and 465 vocational high students, and findings are (1)The prevalence rate of illicit drug use was 0.74%, and vocational high school students were highest with 1.72%, (2)The major illicit drugs were MDMA （ 37.04% ） , Ketamine （ 25.93% ） and inhalant glue （ 11.11% ） . (3) The most influence factor about illicit drug abuse of all is the vocational high school students (OR=4.15, CI:1.10-15.63; p=0.035) and the illicit drug use among peers (OR=11.60, CI:2.68-50.12; p=0.001). So as to strengthen education for key groups, and prevent the use of the illegal elementary material “tobacco”, “alcohol” and “areca quid” among adolescent ahead of time, and give guidance to everyone to obey the newly-amended drug abuse prevention regulation.
