Hospital administrators should make use of available journals and provide activities that effectively promote EAPs and enhance employees’understanding about EAPs. Meanwhile, they should educate trainers and change the way EAPs are promoted. As a result, the work performance of employees can be improved, the entire organizational performance can be enhanced, and a win-win situation for both hospitals and employees can eventually be achieved. |
