勒賽爾崔雷特氏病徵伴發攝護腺癌──病例報告

Leser-Trélat Sign associated with Adenocarcinoma of Prostate--Report of one case

勒賽爾特氏病徵（ Lesser-Trélat sign，後文簡稱L-TS），已知是一種內部惡性腫瘤呈現出特異皮膚病灶之罕見表徵。其臨床表現為，短期內，數日到數月間，身上脂漏性角化症之數目與體積突然增加且伴有內在惡性腫瘤。根據過去的文獻報告統計，勒賽爾特雷氏病徵有55.0% 為腺癌，其中36.4%為胃腺癌，其次為血液腫瘤佔18.3%。我們報告一典型L-TS之病例，其內在腫瘤為攝護腺癌，就我們所知，與內在惡性腫瘤有關之病例中，出現攝護腺癌則極為罕見。本文除了回顧相關文獻外，同時討論與L-TS有關的惡性腫瘤導致皮膚上皮細胞增生之致病機轉。

The sign of Leser-Trélat may be defined as the abrupt appearance of, or sudden increase in size and number of multiple seborrheic keratoses in association with an internal malignancy. Review of the reported cases of Leser-Trélat sign (L-TS), 55.0% had adenocarcinoma, of which 36.4% were adenocarcinomas of the stomach. Hematopoietic disease is the second most recorded neoplasm, accounting for 18.3%. Herein, we report a rare case of eruptive seborrheic keratoses with concurrent prostate adenocarcinoma and review the mechanism of epidermopoiesis which might be mediated by uncertain substance released from underlying malignancy. To the best of our knowledge, an exceptional case of L-TS associated with underlying prostate adenocarcinoma has been reported in English literature.
