Dieulafoy’s lesion was a rare but important cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. It was diagnosed mostly by more clinical awareness. The etiopathology is still not very clear. Here we presented a case of massive gastrointestinal bleeding with unknown cause. Under surgical intervention, circumferential mass encircled the jejunum with bleeding point was seen. The pathological diagnosis was malignant lymphoma of MALT type with Dieulafoy’s lesion. To our best knowledge, it was the first case reported. We reviewed the literature and discussed the diagnosis and treatment of the complicated circumstances. In addition, our case reminded physicians to bear in mind that it was possible that this entity would be concurrent with other gastrointestinal malignancy. |
