我國人因工程現況之調查

The Investigation fo Current Researches for Human Factors and Ergonomics

本計畫的主要研究目的是想要了解國內在人因工程上的研究現況、相關的人力資源與儀器設備，以及各公民營企業單位在人因工程相關領域上的應用與其所遭遇的相關問題。本研究以問卷調查方式進行。問卷共分為甲、乙、丙三種；問卷甲的主要調查對象為國內各相關研究機構，問卷乙為人因工程學會之會員，問卷丙則以排名前500大之營利事業之相關部門為主要之調查對象（如工安課、產品設計部門…）。根據研究調查顯示，不論是研究機構、會員或公民營企業單位，在安全衛生和人機系統兩方面都有相當的人力投入，而且企業單位亦以這兩方面為主要的問題點及未來的主要發展研究的方向。這也跟各研究單位和會員之未來發展領域相當吻合。至於其他相關領域的研究與人員投入，則相當有限、有待相關單位之推廣與投入。

The purpose of this investigation was to understand the current ergonomics study in Taiwan, the ergonomics related man-power and apparatus, and the applications of ergonomics and difficulty encountered in industry. Three types of questionnaires were used in this invstigation. The subjects of type A questionnaire were the ergonomics related research institutions. The subjects of type B questionnaire were members of Ergonomics Society of Taiwan, R.O.C. The subjects of type C questionnaire were the ergonomics related departments of the top 500 companies in Taiwan (e.g., industrial safety department, product design department, etc.). According to this investigation study, a lot of human resource was devoted to industrial safety and man-machine systems research. Industrial safety and man-machine systems were the main focus and the direction of future research in the industrial circle. The above two research subjects were cited as the future research domain by the investigated research institutions and members of Ergonomis Society of Taiwan R.O.C. However, the research and input of manpower on the other ergonomics related subjects were limited. And it was hoped that the concerned people or institution would advocate the study application of ergonomics.
